With more than 30 years of experience, Chef Sze Chiu-kwan has worked at the renowned Shanghainese restaurant Liu Yuan Pavilion and later served as Sous Chef at award-winning Dong Lai Shun. After leading Jin Cuisine in 2012, he returned to Dong Lai Shun as Executive Chef, known for refined Shanghainese flavours and artful presentations.
