A maitre rotisseur of the Chaine des Rôtisseurs, he is known for refined Cantonese techniques and creativity in large-scale banquet catering. Chef Chan was first runner-up in TVB’s Cook War (2021) and has earned multiple accolades, including silver at the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2005. His cooking blends precision, heart and deep cultural passion.
