Chef Chan Chi-wai, Executive Chinese Sous Chef at AsiaWorldExpo and a Chaine des Rôtisseurs maitre rotisseur, has over 20 years’ experience. Known for refined Cantonese technique and banquet expertise, he was Cook War 2021 runner-up and HKICC 2005 silver medallist.

All of this stems from my unwavering love for cooking, and a lifelong commitment to learning, improving and perfecting my craft.
