Chef Chan Chi-wai, Executive Chinese Sous Chef at AsiaWorld-Expo, has more than two decades of professional culinary experience. A maitre rotisseur of the Chaine des Rôtisseurs, he is known for refined Cantonese techniques and creativity in large-scale banquet catering. Chef Chan was first runner-up in TVB’s Cook War (2021) and has earned multiple accolades, including silver at the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2005. His cooking blends precision, heart and deep cultural passion. 

All of this stems from my unwavering love for cooking, and a lifelong commitment to learning, improving and perfecting my craft.
