With over 48 years’ experience, Executive Chef Yeung has worked in major cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Harbin, Changsha and Guangzhou, mastering diverse regional Chinese flavours. Now leading the Chinese kitchens at Hong Kong Jockey Club Sha Tin Clubhouse, he is a Chinese Culinary Institute Master Chef Course graduate, recognised for his refined technique.​
