Once the vice-president of Hong Kong Chinese Chefs Association, Chef Wong Wing-keung’s three decades of experience earned him praise in the culinary industry. In 2011, Wong was appointed Senior Sous Chef at Man Wah, followed by a promotion as Chinese Executive Chef at Yee Tung Heen of The Excelsior in 2013. In 2018, he returned to Man Wah as Executive Chinese Chef.   

 Over his career, Chef Wong has led Man Wah and Yee Tung Heen to their respective one-Michelin-star ratings, won a silver medal at Hong Kong Chefs Association’s Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2007, and a gold medal at the 2014’s Best of the Best Culinary Awards. An honouree at the 4th CCI Master Chef Course, Chef Wong is also a guest lecturer for the CCI and Towngas Cooking Centre, fostering connections with new Chinese culinary talent.​
