A former apprentice at the historic Gloucester Luk Kwok Hong Kong, he is a HOFEX 2017 Hong Kong International Culinary Classic Gold Medallist and winner of multiple culinary competitions, celebrated for elevating simple comfort dishes with competition‑level technique and flavour.
